James McCoy e243dbdc32 test: man_spec: Fix use of nested [[ quoting 
Lua (not LuaJIT) complains about the "^[[" strings inside the expect,
since it sees them as nested quotes.  Change the quoting to [=[ ]=] to
avoid the issue.
