Problem:    Blob not tested with Ruby.
Solution:   Add more test coverage.  fixes a crash. (Dominique Pelle,
            closes vim/vim#4036)

"Test_ruby_Vim_blob()" was already committed.
Skipped because "ruby provider" did not implement Blob API.
