Justin M. Keyes 698c4f662d test: clear(): remove opts.headless parameter 
Callers can instead specify `args_rm={'--headless'}`.

TODO: should `nvim_argv` have "--headless" by default? Need to inspect
      some uses of spawn(nvim_argv) ...
