* doc/editing.txt: Crypt related
* doc/change.txt, doc/insert.txt, doc/various.txt: Removal of ex_extra
  tags, which already happened in Neovim
* doc/vim-ja.UTF-8.1, doc/xxd-ja.UTF-8.1
