Anmol Sethi 9bba8ba372 [RFC] man.vim: remove <Plug> mappings (#5290) 
- :Man with no arguments opens the manapage for the
  <cWORD> (man buffers) or <cword> (non-man buffers).
- remove now irrelevent comment about -P flag
