Christian Clason 5676edb86d fix(tests): adapt parser_spec test to tree-sitter bump

Change query to include anonymous nodes (`(_)` -> `[_]`) and
use new syntax (`{vim,lua}.match?`->`#{vim,lua}.match?`)
