Jan Edmund Lazo 7311fb7cad win: enable more functional tests 
- plugin/shada_spec.lua: Use \r\n as Windows EOL for tests on
  BufWriteCmd, FileWriteCmd, FileAppendCmd. Alternative is 'set
  fileformat=unix'.
