vim-patch:9.2.0025: filetype: cshtml incorrectly recognized (#37957)

Problem:  filetype: cshtml incorrectly recognized, razor files are not
          recognized
Solution: Detect *.cshtml and *.razor files as razor filetype
          (tris203)
