c6965f0614 add optional update-checker (#1315) 
can check if the current version has a known vulnerability, with the option to panic and exit if so, and otherwise show a warning in the controlpanel for admins

31b23843f2 rp-loc and site now combines better (#1323); 
`--site` / `--up-site` / `--shr-site` now only specifies the
domain/origin, discarding the path (if any), keeping `rp-loc`

f5e70c7f67 audioplayer: s-s: clamp ffwd; closes #1302 (#1303) 
* remove s-s fade setting;
   easier to just set this to 0.2, changing it doesn't
   make a whole lot of difference anyway

* limit s-s playback speed multi to 8;
   browsers don't play any audio if the playbackrate is
   too high or too low; on firefox, 0.15 ~ 8.0 seem to work
