docs(api): pattern is not expanded for autocommands

Problem: Unlike `:autocmd`, `nvim_create_autocommand()` does not expand
environment variables in the `pattern`, which is unexpected.

Solution: Add a note to the documentation explaining this and suggesting
using `expand()` explicitly.
