Allow to sort diagnostics (and thus signs and virtual text) by severity, so that
the most important message is shown first.

    vim.lsp.handlers['textDocument/publishDiagnostics'] = vim.lsp.with(
      vim.lsp.diagnostic.on_publish_diagnostics, {
        severity_sort = true,
      }
    )
