Philip Linell d98e5357af feat(checkhealth): check for slow shell #17829 ...

Problem:
I had some issues where multiple plugins (vim-fzf and fugitive) was slow
because of my `.zshenv`.

Solution:
Check shell performance in :checkhealth.
