Solution: update tera filetype plugin, include a tera syntax script
          update the filetype test, update makemenu and synmenu vim scripts

Problem:  filetype: tera files not detected
Solution: detect '*.tera' files as tera filetype,
          include a simple filetype plugin
          (MuntasirSZN)
