vim-patch:8.2.0873: a .jl file can be sawfish (lisp) or Julia

Problem:    A .jl file can be sawfish (lisp) or Julia.
Solution:   Do not recognize *.jl as lisp, since it might be Julia.
            (closes vim/vim#6178)
