fix(jobs): jobstart(term=true) accepts width/height #33904

Problem: when create a hidden terminal job with `nvim_buf_call`+
`jobstart(…,{term=true})`, program like `lazygit` cannot figure out the
correct width and height.

Solution: `jobstart(…,{term=true})` accepts `width`/`height`
