ed ac0a2da3b5 add/improve reverse-proxy examples 
* add haproxy, lighttpd, traefik, caddy

* adjust nginx buffer sizes for way faster downloads

* move unix-socket to /dev/shm/ because
   fedora sets PrivateTmp=true for nginx (orz)
